Reconstitute a 10 mg TB-500 vial with 2 mL of bacteriostatic water. Inject 2.5 mg (0.5 mL) subcutaneously twice per week for an initial loading phase of about 4–6 weeks. (For example, 0.5 mL on Monday and 0.5 mL on Thursday each week.) After the loading period, switch to a maintenance dose of 2.5 mg (0.5 mL) once every 1–2 weeks to sustain the benefits if needed. Rotate injection sites and, if targeting a specific injury, inject closer to that area. Always refrigerate the reconstituted solution and use it within ~4 weeks.
