Dosage & Usage
Each vial contains 5 mg of Semaglutide. Reconstitute with 5 mL of sterile water for injection (resulting in a concentration of 1 mg/mL; note on insulin syringes 0.1 mL = 10 units = 0.1 mg Semaglutide). Begin with a low dose to minimize side effects: A typical starting dose is 0.25 mg (0.25 mL) subcutaneously once per week. After 4 weeks, increase to 0.5 mg (0.5 mL) once per week. For further weight loss or if tolerated well, the dose can be increased to 1 mg per week at week 8 or later. In some cases (for obesity management), the dose is titrated up to 2 mg per week, but this is considered an upper end. Always inject subcutaneously in the abdomen, thigh, or upper arm, and rotate injection sites. Storage: Once reconstituted, keep the vial refrigerated. The reconstituted solution remains stable for ~4–6 weeks if kept cold (the product will last roughly 4–8 doses depending on dose size). Dispose of syringes properly after each use.
