This stack is designed to restore the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, which will get suppressed with the use of androgens. This stack will assist in restoring natural testosterone production and keeping estrogen levels within a healthy range and ratio. For those who are naturally predisposed to developing gynecomastia it will be particularly useful.
Supplied as three concentrated oral research solutions. Each bottle is clearly labeled with strength in mg/mL for precise measurement in experimental models. Volumes can be measured and combined according to your lab protocol and study design.
Mechanism of Action
Anabolic steroids and similar compounds can suppress the HPG axis, leading to low natural testosterone, reduced sperm production, and relatively increased estrogen via aromatization. The SERMs in this stack (Tamoxifen and Enclomiphene) bind to estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary, blocking estrogen’s “shut-down” signal. In experimental models this promotes increased LH and FSH output from the pituitary:
LH drives the testes to ramp up endogenous testosterone production
FSH supports spermatogenesis and fertility parameters
By selectively blocking estrogen at breast tissue receptors, SERMs can also be used to study prevention of gynecomastia-like changes without completely eliminating systemic estrogen.
The inclusion of Tadalafil allows researchers to explore the interaction between hormonal recovery and vascular/erectile function, nitric oxide–mediated vasodilation, and overall sexual health markers in post-cycle models. Together, the stack provides a comprehensive tool for studying how combined SERM + PDE5 inhibitor approaches influence recovery of testosterone, fertility, libido, and tissue-specific estrogen signaling after pharmacological suppression.
