Under NO circumstances shall or should ANY of these materials be used for recreational purposes nor human consumption. All customers are ASSUMED to be legal researchers or licensed researchers. IF you or your affiliates are NOT then WE DO NOT KNOW THIS and you will be held liable for fraud or deceptive conduct.

The materials for sale are intended for laboratory and research use only, unless otherwise stated on product labels. They are not for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetic, household chemicals or for other inappropriate applications. YOU MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 18 YEARS OF AGE.

The listing of a material on this website does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for, its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals. In purchasing the products, the customer acknowledges that there are hazards associated with their use. Customer represents and warrants to us that from a customer’s own independent review and study they are fully aware and knowledgeable about:

I) the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased
II) industrial hygienic controls necessary to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards
III) the need to adequately warn of health and safety hazards associated with products

We reserve the right to limit sales of products or not to sell products to unqualified customers.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EAGLE RESEARCH LABS OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER PURCHASER’S CLAIM IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT TO PURCHASER, WHICH SALES WE WOULD NOT OTHERWISE MAKE, PURCHASER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, EXPENSES, LOSSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF PURCHASER’S HANDLING AND OR USE OF A PRODUCT, WHETHER USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH ANY OTHER SUBSTANCE.

BUYER REALISES THAT, SINCE SUPPLIER PRODUCTS ARE, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, INTENDED PRIMARILY FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES, THEY MAY NOT BE BOUND BY THE THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989. BUYER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSURE THAT THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM SUPPLIER ARE APPROVED FOR USE BY THE THERAPEUTIC GOODS ADMINISTRATION, IF APPLICABLE.

Research Use Only

All products supplied by Eagle Research Labs are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only.

They are not intended for human or animal consumption or administration under any circumstances. Our chemicals and peptides are unapproved for medical, veterinary or household use. They must not be used as drugs, dietary supplements, food additives, cosmetics or for any other non research purpose.

These substances are sold on the condition that the buyer will use them only in a controlled laboratory setting and only for investigational use, such as in vitro experiments or analytical testing. Using these products in or on humans or animals is both dangerous and likely illegal.

You agree to:

Maintain appropriate industrial hygiene controls and safety procedures

You acknowledge and warrant that, based on your own independent review and study, you are fully aware of:

The health and safety hazards associated with handling the products
The controls necessary to protect workers and third parties from such hazards
The regulatory requirements that govern the use, storage, transport and disposal of such products

Eagle Research Labs does not provide usage protocols, safety training, risk assessments or regulatory advice. You are responsible for ensuring that your facilities, practices and documentation meet all applicable standards.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse or cancel sales to any party we consider unqualified or where we suspect misuse or regulatory risk.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, import, export, possession, storage, handling, use and disposal of these research chemicals.

This includes, without limitation:

Workplace health and safety regulations
Chemical handling and storage rules
Import and export controls and customs requirements
Licensing, notification or registration obligations for specific substances

Eagle Research Labs will not be liable for any legal consequences, enforcement actions or penalties arising from improper use, unlawful handling or regulatory non compliance by the customer.

No Liability for Misuse and Limitations of Liability

The buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the purchase, possession, handling, use and disposal of our products.

For clarity, misuse includes, but is not limited to:

Any use of the product that is inconsistent with its intended research purpose
Any consumption, administration or exposure involving humans or animals
Reckless, negligent or uninformed handling, storage or disposal
Resale, redistribution or diversion to unqualified persons or for non research use

In addition to the core limitation above, you agree that Eagle Research Labs total liability, if any, for any claim arising out of or relating to any product is limited to either:

The purchase price paid for that product, or
Replacement of the product, at our discretion

Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including:

Lost profits or revenue
Research delays or loss of data
Reputational or business harm

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We explicitly disclaim responsibility for any injury, health issue or property damage that may occur if someone improperly ingests, administers or is otherwise exposed to these chemicals.

Indemnification

In consideration of the sale of products to you, which we would not otherwise make, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Eagle Research Labs, its owners, employees and affiliates from and against any and all claims, expenses, losses, damages and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

Your purchase, handling, storage, use or disposal of any product
Any use of a product alone or in combination with any other substance
Any third party handling or use of products you obtained from us
Any breach of this Legal Disclaimer or our Terms of Service
Any violation of law or third party rights in connection with your use of our products or website

If you provide these products to any third party, including collaborators, you assume full responsibility for that third party’s use and compliance with these terms and will protect Eagle Research Labs from any related claims.

Product Information Disclaimer

Any information provided on our website, labels, certificates of analysis or other materials regarding the chemical structure, analytical properties or potential applications of a product is for general educational and research purposes only.

Not For Resale or Unauthorized Distribution

Products purchased from Eagle Research Labs are for the end use of the purchasing researcher or institution only.

You must not:

Resell, redistribute or repackage our products for resale
Rebrand our chemicals or supply them under your own or any other label
Supply our products for use in dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, drugs or other consumer products

We specifically prohibit diversion of our products for non research or consumer use. If we suspect that you are diverting products for prohibited use or resale, we may refuse to sell to you and cancel any open orders.

Age Confirmation

Purchase of our products is restricted to adults.

By ordering, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
You are legally able to purchase and possess these materials

We do not sell to minors and reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe this condition is not met.

Lab Safety and Disposal
